Battle Basics
Fossil Fighters battle by pitting their teams of vivosaurs against eachother in turn-based battles. Each player gets a number of Fossil Points to spend each turn on offensive and defensive actions. To win, a player must defeat each vivosaur on the opposing team. Players can even square off against eachother in a multiplayer battle modes.
Formations
Offense, or defense? A range of different battle formations can be applied to the team, depending on the players' desired strategy. Each formation has its advantages and disadvantages—so choose carefully.
Building A Killer Team
A carefully assembled team of vivosaurs is vital. Different vivosaurs may have unique skills to support others, uncommonly powerful attacks, and other abilities. Making sure that team members work well together in their formation is the key to victory.
Strengthening Your Vivosaurs
Vivosaurs grow in strength and gain new abilities as they fight more and more battles. In addition, finding and cleaning more fossil parts for your existing vivosaurs can be applied to them for an added boost.
